Westland John Innes Ericaceous 28Lt

Made from the traditional John Innes recipe of sterilised loam, peat and horticultural grit with added nutrients. It is rich in iron to prevent leaf chlorosis (yellowing), providing the correct pH balance for acid-loving plants such as Rhododendron, Azalea and Camellias. This compost takes the drainage and aeration benefits of peat and adds the water retention features of John Innes (soil based compost), promoting a well balanced growth. The addition of John Innes gives plants a heavy weight base making it the perfect choice for tall, top-heavy plants.
