In-store purchase return policy
16 Days RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to issue a full refund within a 7 day period for all items returned in their original packaging and unused.
You have a further 9 days to return unwanted items for an exchange or a credit note which is valid for a 12 month period.
For items which carry a manufacturer’s guarantee, we are happy to exchange within the specified period for all damaged items.
Within our returns policy, we require a proof of purchase which needs to be a customer receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Online purchase return policy
Twenty Pence 2000 Ltd are fully compliant with all regulations covering distance selling. You can return an item purchased if for any reason you no longer require or are unhappy with the item within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt to advise us of it's return. The product needs to be in it's original packaging and unused.
Unless the item is faulty, the return will be at your own cost and the item is under your control until we receive it. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service and ensure the compensation value covers the cost of the product.
You will receive all refunds within 7 days of us receiving the item to the original payment card.

If a product needs returning due to it becoming faulty please contact us to discuss the issue and we will be happy to help. Please also check whether the product is covered by a manufacturers warranty. We have a 6 month period where we can exchange a faulty product or give you an alternative replacement.
Goods damaged in transit
Unfortunately goods are occasionally damaged in transit; if this has happened please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order).
Please take photos of the damaged goods and send along with your name, delivery address and order number to email@example.com. Or if you prefer to talk to us prior please feel free to phone us on 01353 741024. If a return is necessary the initial cost of return will be down to the customer then on receipt of goods and after investigation we may refund this cost back to you.
