In-store purchase return policy
16 Days RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to issue a full refund within a 7 day period for all items returned in their original packaging and unused.
You have a further 9 days to return unwanted items for an exchange or a credit note which is valid for a 12 month period.
For items which carry a manufacturer’s guarantee, we are happy to exchange within the specified period for all damaged items.
Within our returns policy, we require a proof of purchase which needs to be a customer receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Online purchase return policy
Orders may be returned up to 14 days after delivery. It is an express condition that the product must be returned to us unused, unopened and with the original documentation (as sent with each parcel and/ or package). You must provide written confirmation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an explanation for the reason returning the product.
Delivery costs of returning any product will not be met by Twenty Pence 2000Ltd, unless the product is faulty, and we will advise you regarding whether or not your return can be credited and an adjustment made to your card from which the funds were originally taken.
Goods damaged in transit
Unfortunately goods are occasionally damaged in transit; if this happened please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order).
Please take photos of the damaged goods and send along with your name, delivery address and order number to email@example.com. Or if you prefer to talk to us prior please feel free to phone us on 01353 741024.
Requesting a refund of unwanted goods
To request a refund please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 01353 741024 with your details and the item you would like to return, within 7 days of receiving the item and we must receive the goods within 28 days.
Please return the item in its original condition and original packaging. You will need to send the item back at your own cost and the liability of the item is with you until we receive the item.
We can of course organise a collection for you and we will deduct the cost from the purchase price. The cost for the original delivery will not be refunded.
